Our suppliers ship more than 3 million orders each year. To ensure we send your order as fast as possible, we route your orders to our fulfilment centres where we can fulfil and ship them in the quickest way. Our suppliers partner with these global carriers to give you the best shipping experience.
It takes 3-10 business days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location and the location of the fulfilment centre, but can be estimated as follows:
For orders shipped from Europe to a European destination, shipping can take between 5-10 business days after fulfilment. For orders shipped from our Europe location to non-EU regions, it can be between 10-20 business days.

We also have a preference to use a local fulfilment centre in Cornwall for some of our products such as tShirts & hoodies destined for UK addresses. Therefore, fulfilment times will be the same, but the shipping times will be considerably shorter for domestic post on these items.
Occasionally there may be packages lost in transit, in this instance all claims must be submitted as soon as you suspect your parcel is lost and no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Any errors on our part will be covered at our expense.
Please note that for international shipping we cannot be responsible for tax-duties and import fees. If you do get an unexpected import duty/tax to pay, unfortunately this is your responsibility. We do not give refunds for duties paid.
Import taxes are different in each country and we cannot be held responsible for them. In general we try to ship items from fulfilment centres which are as close as possible to the customer.
