The way that our website collects and uses the data of its visitors
Information we gather
When you use our website we collect and store any information you enter or give us.
As a result of browsing our site we may collect location, internet and connection information. We also collect information on the type of browser used. We use Google Analytics, so by default we collect the internet protocol (IP) address used by your computer or phone. The type of information we gather through Google Analytics can be discovered here. People’s identities are not shown.
We also collect information to measure the length of time users spend per session on our website, and page interaction information. We do this to find out what products are more attractive than others so that we can constantly improve our product range.
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve added to the wishlist, and we’ll use this to show you and other users your favourite products, and to create targeted email campaigns.
- We’ll keep track of the wishlists you create, and make them visible to the store’s staff.
- Other Wishlist details, such as date of product addition, name and privacy settings of your wishlists.
Our team members have access to this information to offer you better deals for the products you love.
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, email address, phone number, payment details and optional account information like username and password.
We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
- Send you information about your account and order
- Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Set up your account for our store
- Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
- Improve our store offerings
- Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them
What we track, collect and store
We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, to show you products you’ve recently viewed.

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access the above information.
Entering your Email Address
If you buy a product or sign-up to our mailing list then we will collect and store your email address and other personal identifiable information.
If you do not want us to store your email address on our mailing list, please contact us with your email address and we will remove it from our database.
If you make a purchase from this website we will collect personal information such as your email address, home address and delivery address as part of the functional working of our business.
Since we use PayPal this information is available through PayPal even when we remove that information from our own records and is outside of our control.

Account set up
If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
We also store order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information. I.e. until we are not legally required to continue to keep it and for Industry regulatory disclosure requirements. We store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username).
Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
